Kids from our neighborhood and from our congregation are invited to summer Vacation Bible School. We will be partnering with counselors from Camp Onomia to fill the week with Bible stories, songs, games, crafts, and more.

Dates: July 6–9
Time: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Ages: PreK–5th grade (completed). PreK children must be potty trained and have experience participating in a class environment.
Location: Como Park Lutheran Church, 1376 Hoyt Ave W., Saint Paul, MN 55108
Cost: $40 per child (financial assistance available)

Please bring a bag lunch.

“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Our youth are stepping into that calling by hosting our Ash Wednesday Soup Supper.

Begin the season of Lent in prayer, community, and support of our young people. Your suggested $8 donation helps send them to camp and supports youth ministry opportunities that shape lifelong faith.

Sunday School is for all children 3 years of age (by August 31st) through 8th grade.
We meet on the 3rd floor every Sunday after worship service from September to May.
There is no registration fee for our Sunday School program.
We meet every Sunday after worship service on the 3rd Floor.

December 5, 2025 – Friday Family Fun Night from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

December 14, 2025 – Christmas Ornaments Making & Christmas Party (during Sunday School classes).

December 20, 2025 – Christmas Pageant Rehearsal from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM in CPLC’s sanctuary.

A casual evening of pizza, activities, and connection for families.

Who: Families with children (newborn–6th grade); older siblings welcome
What: Pizza, activities, and social time (free-will donation accepted)
Why: To build relationships and community among our families
RSVP so we can plan for pizza!

Parents may bring beer or wine to share, along with specialty non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is to be consumed responsibly.

CPLC Hygiene Kit Service Project

On Sunday, October 23rd (MEA Weekend), there will not be traditional Sunday School classes. Instead, we will participate in an all-ages service project in the Fellowship Hall – preparing hygiene kits for those in need! Your family is welcome to join us and/or contribute supplies.

Supplies Needed (in order of need):

• Dental floss
• Travel-sizes of:
  • Deodorant
  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Soap
  • Lotion
  • Toothpaste
• Socks
• Washcloths
• Combs
• Toothbrushes
• Kleenex

Littles & Middles

Annual Fall Carnival AND Sock Toss

2022

This year’s Littles & Middles’ Annual Fall Carnival was combined with the Sock Toss.

We had lots of carnival games, a mini Sock Toss event in a bounce house, and pizza for lunch.

Our kids really benefit from seeing and feeling the support of all generations at CPLC.

Thanks so much to all those who attended, helped, and donated to our 2022 Littles & Middles Carnival and Sock Toss! It was a fun afternoon and a very successful outreach!
